Black coffee

Coffee is the planet’s second most frequently traded commodity after oil. It has become one of the trendiest beverages.

The world’s first coffee lovers didn’t drink coffee as what the people drink today, instead they chewed the leaves and berries; infused them in hot water like tea; ground them and mixed them with animal fat for a snack or made a sort of wine.

Black coffee is the healthiest coffee. In general more ingredients added such as sugar, milk, chocolate, the less healthy the coffee.

Coffee without milk is called black coffee. The defining characteristic of black coffee is not black color but the absence of milk or cream.

The study revealed that black coffee can help fight Alzheimer’s disease, colon cancer, depression and even type 2-diabetes.
